CrazyDaizy Posted January 27, 2011 Share Posted January 27, 2011 Hia Folks I am sure others have problems with straw being blown out of the rabbit hutch and around the garden. It's everywhere!!! And it doesnt seem to disintegrate very quickly either!!! Obviously bunny needs straw in his hutch (as well as hay) but how can we keep our garden tidy?? Our chickens venture in into the rabbit hutch when them and the rabbit are free ranging. And often they kick a lot of the straw out. Solution would be to keep the hutch closed, but often bunny likes to go back whenever he likes. Some advice or ideas would be appreciated. franklyrabbit Posted January 27, 2011 Share Posted January 27, 2011 Oh I know what you mean. It also seems to scatter everywhere while I'm renewing it, so it is constantly in the garden isn't it! I have no idea what can be done about it - although luckily OH loves his big red broom and sweeps it up each day - very much like housework isn't it!!!
