tracyann
Well, I sadly lost Rubychicken last night, she gave up her fight for life. I have been phoning round to try and find a pretty Bovan Nera to replace her but have not had any luck. I want one around 20-22 weeks so its not too young and should be accepted into the flock as the two Lohmann's have been already. I went to Smilers Farm this morning and picked up a lovely Black Rock hen only to get her home and find she had a nasal discharge so have had to take her back and get my money back. Am so upset and worried now incase the other hens catch something nasty. I am not a happy bunny. Back to 5 hens now.
