Have had Blaze for about 6months , she has never laid ,Last week I noticed her back passage was very dirty , poo sticking to her feathers, Decided to give her a bath thismorning and check her rear end. She is really swollen and as hard as a rock underneath, Do you think she is egg bound or is it something else. Have bathed her in warm water and sat her on a warm water bottle and given her Olive oil and some sugared water . Any advice would be appriecated xx

I'm certainly no expert and hopefully someone with more experience will be along soon but it might be worth taking her to the vets if you can.

Did you get Blaze as a POL or as an older chicken? She sounds like she needs to be seen by a vet to be honest.
