meezers
Has she been wormed recently - worms can cause runny droppings. If she has, then Bokashi bran added to the feed can firm things up a bit. Also have a good look at the base of the feathers around the mucky bit to check there are no parasites , again, an infestation can lead to mucky bottoms. You can do as you are doing and trim the fluffier feathers so there are less to catch the muck - I have to give my Dorking a trim every so often, the feathers around her tail end are great poop catchers.
