Chucky Mama
I've just got the standard My Fitness Coach (got it to replace Zumba )and have had 1 workout so far. They are pretty full on and certainly give a tough workout.
Mrs Potts
I used to have rhythm and did loads of dancing when I was a teenager. I've lost along the way, it quite definitely goes AWOL somewhere around about my knees. Must have been raising the kids.
patsylabrador
As it's only £17 and I had some tokens I bought Wii Exerbeat. It is really good fun, you even get to do exercise in the form of Hip Hop which I apparently look hilarious doing, esp as I have no rhythm or coordination. After 15 mins my heart was racing, it's not perfect but I was a bit bored this afternoon, stuck it on and burnt some calories & livened myself up. If you're tempted - give it a go. Chucky Mama
Anyone still doing their Wii Fitness programmes? I am getting on really well with Wii Fitness Coach. I have really toned and lost some weight. It is a full body programme and I have definitely strengthened by back muscles
patsylabrador
It's my favourite one Chucky Mama. It's toned me up & is even having an effect on my tummy which I thought was a lost cause. Although I enjoy the others for cardio, I think that is the best for toning all those deep muscles. I try to do it 4 times a week & the others in-between. Chucky Mama
Does the Cardio version 'mix' with the previous version like the wii fit ones or are they kept completely separate when loaded? I am thinking of getting it.
patsylabrador
The fitness coach cardio should really be called shape boxing. It doesn't tie in with other Wii fit games at all. It's good, you get hot, sweaty and it raises heartbeat, but I've abandoned it for a bit for Exerbeat which can be exhausting but quite a lot of fun. It's best when you use the personal trainer to put together a continuous session.

squiffs
I'm getting a wii! (Second hand on ebay, £70 with 8 games and loooads of accessories including the tennis racket and golf club ) from my OH as an anniversary present - also got wii fit, wii fit plus, my fitness coach club, my fitness coach dance and my fitness coach cardio and a balance board to go with it. If you look on youtube chucky mama there's a video of someone's gameplay on the cardio game - they streamlined their 60min workout to give you an idea of the user interface and the sorts of exercises. Actually youtube is a goldmine for checking out what actual gameplay looks like before taking the plunge and buying a game. I ruled out zumba (for now) based on youtube videos I need to get some stilt things to put under my board I think, so I can do the step exercises properly. I'm chuffed!
