Not something I've had to do (yet) but I believe it's a drop or two, two to three times a day. If you can wipe it inside her beak, she has to swallow it and you know it's gone down the right way.

Pleas be sure it is ORAL daktarin.

a pea size blob 3 times a day, also live yoghurt and live maggots, if it does not clear up in 24 hours or if hen is doing break neck dancing movements she will need to see a vet and get some Nystatin, and /or find out what is causing it.

Sour crop is due to something else not an illness of itself.

Dont underestimate it, it can kill them.
