I've wanted to keep chickens for a while, and I think I'm going to go for it at the end of the Summer. I'm so excited, as are my two daughters!

I just have a few questions..

If I were to buy the Go or Classic *without* a run, with the intention of putting them in a walk in run that my dad has said he'll build for me, would I still get the Grub & Glug things or would I need to buy them separately?

Where's the cheapest place (online preferably) to buy aubiose bedding?

Am I right in thinking that aubiose can just be poo picked and raked over once a week or so (or more?) and only replaced every 4-8 weeks or so?

If you order chickens and coop from Omlet, do they deliver them both at the same time?

Thanks in advance.. I imagine there'll be more over the coming months!!

Best to give Omlet a ring and check, they are very helpful! :D

I am pretty sure that you get the Grub and Glub along with the Eglu, even if no run is ordered. The chickens and the Eglu will normally be delivered on the same day.

Yes to the poo-picking/raking out every six weeks or so (or less if you're a bit of a lazy chicken-keeper like me!) I'd recommend finding a local supplier for aubiose (or a similar horse bedding product) because the delivery charges can be high if you order online.
