stehaggan Posted May 29, 2011 Share Posted May 29, 2011 My blackcurrant bushes are fruiting well so I've been thinking of trying to make wine and wondered if anyone had tried making blackcurrant wine but I've never made it before. Has anyone tried it? Have a good recipe? We have a homemade shop round the corner so will go in but don't want to be sold stuff I don't really need.
