Hello all

 

Wierd question but could someone with a classic please measure the distance from the base of the wire run to the run door and also how wide the run door is? Sounds odd but I have a very exact space to fit it and need to know if the run door will be able to open. Also how much room do you realistically need to pull out the poop tray at the back. I have an area 4 metres long and 167 cm wide and looking at the 2m run Eglu Classic.

Hi Minty

 

sorry can't find tape measure but used A4 sheet of paper - run door to base 5-6 cms and door height 42- 44 cms.

BTW the door hinges can be moved to the other side but the hooks for the door pin are only on the right meaning that the door is designed to open from right to left but it is possible to customize.
