All seemed well - everyone free ranging in the garden, bantams keeping out of the way of the big girls because they can run so much faster.

But yesterday the bantams decided that they did not want to lay in their nice little nesting box they wanted to go into the wonderful CUBE!!!

Chaos - noise - feathers everywhere - pecking galore!!

But those little bantams are so determined - eventually Lily stuck it out despite being totally squashed by Chow Mein who is one big Cochin!!

Going to have to separate them today for the sake of my sanity!!
