sage Posted August 25, 2011 Share Posted August 25, 2011 Got myself a half day cookery course at Nigel Browns Acadamy ( North Lincs) ages ago. I went yesterday. We made pasta, ciabatta bread and a kind of chicken lasagne with tom sauce. Had a fab time his demo dish we ate for lunch and we got to take our home.
