Respite dose for a superglug?

One of my girls has a slightly runny nose with occasional sneezes. I have got some respite but could someone help my with doses please? I have a superglug and am no good at maths! On label it says 1 litre to 600 litres first day! Don't want to overload the girls with garlic, smells disgusting. I am hoping that the worse it tastes the more good it does!!!! :D X
