Redwing
Well after ages pondering the situation I have bought a car I now seem to have a potential problem with the insurance. I had an accident last year which was my fault, my company car is a BMW and the other was a brand new Mini so with genuine parts and the major flourish that garages tend to add to any company car claim this meant that the repair bills were HUGE I guess I need to declare this even though it wasnt my own insurance but am worried that my insurance quotes will be massive, does anyone have any experience of this or any tips please? sabidtech
Hullo, As far as I'm aware you would have to declare your previous accident otherwise your new insurance could be invalid. My advice is to shop around and then shop around some more. Use the price comparison websites and also take a look at Martin Lewis' MoneySavingExpert website. It has a really good section for motor insurance. Here is the link: http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/insurance/compare-cheap-car-insurance Good luck!
