Well, hubby has brought one for my Xmas present and, of course, I've had to have a go - whoooa, I'd heard it made a noise when working but didn't realise just how much noise. It gets noisier and noisier then calms down a bit then get noisier even more. Talk about Chinese torture.

 

How do people get on dehydrating in the autumn/winter. I made some fruit leathers at the weekend and my windows and walls were just streaming in condensation. Obviously can't have the windows open for hours on end. I'm thinking about putting it out the garage.

 

Have you got any good recipes for the fruit leathers etc. Any ideas welcome.
