Both the NetTex one and Life-Guard have probiotics in, so will help their digestion. I'd recommend three times a week with either of those. sandyhas3chucks Posted November 29, 2011 Share Posted November 29, 2011 oh good, funnily mine was empty too this morning after 2 mornings NOT.. AND she laid a perfect egg!! early this afternoon.. I use Critiacal Care Formlar when mine are not eating as well as I would like. I just add a little to what they are eating.
