lizinsa Posted December 5, 2011 Share Posted December 5, 2011 Oh wise Omlet, I haven't seen much chat about digital cameras (unlike Kindles) but was wondering if any of you could recommend any shops/online to get accessories for a digital slr? My friend is getting one for Christmas and I thought about getting her a tripod or new case. This may sound a girlie question but can you get any cases that are not black and boring? I don't know what your budget is, but can recommend a Gorillapod tripod - very easy to carry and set up anywhere. Also OH finds the remote shutter release gadget very useful. You can also get lens filters in various colours/gradations which get lovely tints and effects, and of course you can never have too many memory cards.
