Pro - Does anyone else's nest boxes get soaked in rain?

for Rose to be kept in isolation for her feather plucking activities - she will shortly be coming up to two weeks. I'm keeping an eye on the other girls and new quills seem to be poking through - do I wait until they are fully feathered up again? - how long is that likely to be?

 

Any insight gratefully received.

I'd leave her till the feathers are fully grown, as the emerging feathers have a rich blood supply which she will find absolutely delicious.
