Chookster Posted April 27, 2012 Share Posted April 27, 2012 Ooo i have one of these, made pigs cheeks in cider last night - pre - cooked for 15mins and then 10 hours in the bag. Joolz1965 Posted May 2, 2012 Share Posted May 2, 2012 Works really well. Made a spag Bol sauce in it. Cooked on hob for about 30 mins and then in bag for about 5 hours. Tasted really nice. I have noticed that more delicate veg cooks better in the bag than my old Tefal slow cooker/ rice cooker/ porridge etc, which used to decimate things like peppers. Getting rid of the Tefal was best thing i've done for a long time it was 650w which is more than my cooker! The bag is a fab replacement.
