2009 Omlet cube and run for sale

Hi folks, my wife recently ordered a cube with a run extension. Ive assembled it all together this afternoon and everything seems ok apart from a piece of the mesh missing (the long oval piece above the run door) frustrating as parcelforce initially delivered 4 of the 5 parcels, then turned up with the other 3 days later!

Anyway everything has gone smoothly apart from my wife seems to think the roof of the cube doesn't fit right, with one side having a larger gap than the other? Is this normal? One side is about 4mm and the other is about 10mm, it looks ok to me but the wife seems a bit disappointed about how gappy it is?

 

Can anyone offer some words..

Everyone thinks it's gappy when they get it but it's normal.

 

 

You can adjust it a bit at the brackets.

 

 

Sounds like you need to ring Omlet in the morning for the missing part. How disappointing
