JanTheDiver Posted April 21, 2012 Share Posted April 21, 2012 I had to have Hester (Black Rock) PTS this morning, the Vet thought she had Egg Peritonitis. She hasn't laid since January and has been really unwell for a few days and with a very mucky bottom. I bathed her and blow dried her yesterday and it seemed to perk her up a bit, but this morning she was back to being hunched and depressed. I had already made a vets appointment anyway; I kinda knew I wouldn't be bringing her back A sad day but she had three good years and it was best for her; I didn't want her to suffer any more.
