Redwing Posted May 27, 2012 Share Posted May 27, 2012 If chicks are kept on uncontaminated land (eg fresh grass, fresh woodshavings) then they shouldnt really need worming early, I worm mine just before they reach POL To me chicks need an uncomplicated growing phase so I tend not to medicate them or switch diets/add supplements etc while they are young the only exception being medicated crumb purely because Coccidiosis is such a killer Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I they are in the garden daytimes and whilst I do know it I did not have cocci s cm my old girls..
