Yay! The sun is shining, the chickens are out and about and its time for a good out clean of the run. Lovely to see the girls out in the sunshine again

Oh I do agree , It seems to have been a long time coming I have just cleaned my coup out and put in extra mite powder and Poppy doing her best to tell me I am not doing it properly

Yep, couldn't agree more.

 

Been pottering and tidying in the garden all the while accompanied by the girls chatting to me and scritch-scratching about.

 

Sat and watched Josephine enjoy a really thorough dust-bath. She was at it for a good 40 minutes rolling and flapping about, and obviously had such a good time I'm prepared to forgive her for the hole she's made under my nice sedums

 

Looked down to see Mathilda dozing at my feet in a patch of shade...
