Pearls007
Having netted the currants this year I have loads of whitecurrants that need using! I have no ideas other than whitecurrant jelly (which no one but me would eat) and decorating Nigella's gin and tonic jelly - again, not the sort of thing that should be a household staple. What do you do with yours?
Lavenders_Blue
There is a lovely recipe for redcurrant sorbet on the BBC Good Food website (I can have a look for it if you would like). I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work with whitecurrants,.
Pearls007
Ooh - particularly in this weather, that appeals - thank you - I'll go and look for it!
Gertie
I've discovered some currants in my garden so have been looking for recipes. There are not that many I could find for white currants, but I guess you can make any currant recipes with them! I found these http://www.guardian.co.uk/lifeandstyle/2012/jul/06/redcurrant-blackcurrant-whitecurrant-recipes
