angeluk69 Posted July 31, 2012 Share Posted July 31, 2012 I have just been out to give my girls their treats and noticed one of my newbies has blood on her head, looks like she has been pecked...what do I do?? angeluk69 Posted July 31, 2012 Author Share Posted July 31, 2012 I took her to the vets, as I was very concerned purely about the amount of blood not only n Martha but all around he WIR . It turns out that she has actually had a chunk bitten out of her comb I am keeping her in tonight on the advise of the vet who wants to know how she is in the morning and wants me to keep an eye on Martha for any sign of infection. Will be popping out in the morn to get some anti peck spray and purple spray so that hopefully I can get her back n with the others in the next day or so.
