Small brown blobs in one ear

One of my hens has lots of brown blobs about 1 mm across in her right ear and her face is very pale. I have cleaned them out, spotted ivomectin on the back of her neck and given her nutridrops. I've checked her all over and can't find any more. The other hens don't have them.

 

Does anyone have any ideas what this could be, please? I thought earmites at first but they are microscopic.
