HELP aggressive chicken

I have just been out to check on my girls today. One of them is hunched over with a floppy comb. I picked her up to examine her and lots of clear fluid fell from her mouth. I checked her over and everything seems fine. When I put her down more fluid fell from her mouth.

 

Does anyone know what could be wrong with her?

I think it might be sour crop. I have massaged her crop and she brought up a lot of brown fluid. She has just had a drink of water with apple cider vinegar.

 

Does anyone know how any advice on sour crop?

There's a sticky about it here. I've not dealt with it myself but if you use the search function at the top of the page you will find lots of posts about it, too.

I had one with sour crop and i found the best thing for her was live maggots! Its was gross but she loved them and all of her sisters helped to eat them too

I've treated sour crop successfully a couple of times. The sticky will be very useful - can't remember if it mentions Daktarin Oral Gel (available from chemists) but I used that too.

Thanks everyone. The sticky was very informative. I have massaged her crop and got some liquid out during the day. She also ate a small amount of live yogurt and drank lots of water with acv. I had to lift her in to the house tonight. She also has very smelly, watery poo. I will see how she is in the morning but maybe a visit to the vet is called for.
