The first was the last in the shop and looked a bit sad, the second looked beautifully tied and very nice. So a big slice for the four of us that like fish. I only cooked one in the end - the better looking one - as everyone said they had eaten too much. The first one I bought looked nothing like the lovely second one I bought. And in fact, it looked such a mess I have chopped it up to make fish pie tomorrow. You wouldn't believe 2 of the same thing could look so different.
