I have finally got around to making some more bread, this time I have used half wholemeal and half white flour and a little less salt, they are baking at the moment so I will let you know how they work out.

I have now made this three times and it has worked out brilliantly each time. OH is impressed :D:D

 

Thank you all for your great advice. I may have a go at some different types of bread now.
