Unsecure chicken perches

I am making some fresh pasta for supper tonight. My daughter gave me a spaghetti attachment for my pasta machine for Christmas so I will try that out, and my son's girlfriend is coming round for supper, she does not eat meat so I am making a roasted pepper sauce to go with the spag. Anyone on here make their own pasta? And have you tried making it with flours other than the 00 pasta flour? I would be interested to know, because I would like to experiment.

I have tried using a half oo grade, half Wholemeal mix.... But wasn't impressed.

 

I now use all oo grade.... 100g to one large egg

I use Spelt flour for everything so have used that for pasta and it works really well.

Pasta meal went down really well - nice clean plates. Very refreshing not using meat for a change. New spaghetti attachment worked well with the pasta rolled not too thinly. I would like to try using Spelt for pasta and bread making
