Wanted - Eglu Cube Mk1 Roosting Bars

I have 2 girls in a Go with a large walk in run.....I would now like 2 more....

 

Will they fit in a Go ......

 

If yes great if not .....

 

If I purchased another smaller hen house are they likely to use both or squeeze in 1 (I thought having 2 might help for intros)

 

Ideally I would love a cube size house but would have to sell the Go first.....

 

(I am sure I have read the answer on here somewhere but cannot now find.....)

I don't have a Go, I have an Eglu - it comfortably holds five at night, and has had six in there without any complaints! So I'd say four would fit in a Go, and yes - if you buy a second house, they will all pile into one anyway. The issue is mainly with the run size, as long as your WIR is big enough for four hens then it should be fine.

I know a woman who keeps four in a Go with a standard size run (and occasional free-ranging) and she hasn't had any major problems so since you have a big run, like Olly said, I would think you'd be fine.

Hi there!! You seem to have lots of room!!! You don't say what type of hens you have, but you might want to think about what types are suited to being together. Have you any thoughts???

No idea ....I have a Pepperpot & ginger ranger at present so 2 good layers and the same size ....I'll have to go and have look and see......
