Smart Feeder - Light sensor values

Hi

Had been thinking about this and discussing with OH.

He is good at DIY and was going to make WIR BUT....

when he saw this

he liked to look of it (particularly the pitched roof) and said with the price of wood etc. it wasn't a bad price and did I want one ?!

I didn't need to be asked twice!

 

I'm still thinking about the optimum set-up for us and have started a few threads to keep the issues separate (hope thats OK by the Mods ?)

I like this run, it looks well made

 

One thing I would advise to watch is the Onduline that is used for the roof, this is a great roofing material but does sag unless properly supported. There needs to be a 'ladder' type of battening under the sheets, ideally no more than a foot apart or there needs to be solid boards under it

 

If the roof sags it will leak between panels
