Hi all...

 

Ok i have made a new brooder which is alot bigger then the old one and i have set it up to be the same temp as the old one under the light which is 25'c .... But they are all at the opposite end sleeping I have no idea what i have done wrong... should i lower the temp more? but this is a bigger space and more air flow in it... I am just not sure!!!

Maybe raise the light a tad.

I agree, they are too hot, raise the light a bit, they should be comfortably bumbling about under it. If they are huddled under the light they are cold, if they are staying away from it they are hot

 

Lots of things come in to it, the location of the brooder in a room, the drafts in the room, the sun etc..
