Omlet cube and run

My pekin Poppy has decided that she needs to make as much noise as possible in the evenings from 7pm onwards. They are in a new walk in run and she used to go to bed about 7 she has always gone in really early even in summer. Now though she starts clucking/screeching at 7pm and doesn't stop until she goes to bed at about 8:30. She is really loud and driving me mad and probably my neighbours. Do you think she is just out of sorts and will settle down eventually. Any suggestions on what to do if anything.

Well, I only have pekins!!!! You should hear the din they're making in the mornings to be let out!!!!!! They sound like demented geese!!!! A few months back we also had all sorts of argy bargy at bed time with Milly not letting the younger girls up to bed!!! Pekins gotta love em, but they're bonkers!!!

I know she used to be really quiet but we lost Henrieta a few months back who was the naughtiest loudest chicken ever and I think she has decided she needs to fill the void!!

Mine shuts up if I pick up up. Not sure you would want to walk around with a pekin for 1.5 hours each night though!
