daxigirl
Hello my chickeny gurus. My query today is that I've found Evil Ed has got worms, definitely, seen them, can I flubenvet the chick crumbs or is there a minimum age that chicks can have it (flubenvet that is not the worms) . Her baby 'Babs' is a week tomorrow. Hopefully someone will know.
atsw
Under the circumstances it might be better to try the 'grape trick'. Simply takes some grapes, cut in half or quarters and then dip the cut (wet) edges in the flubenvet powder before feeding to your hen. Each grape just needs a light dusting, not a complete covering! Do this everyday for 3-5 days. Of course, this approach does hinge on your broody liking grapes in the first place. Andrew

daxigirl
My lot already luffs grapes and blueberries so not a problem. Will give this a go, your all such clever people I just knew you'd be able help. Was not happy to see a waving worm. The rest of them will have to have it the usual way in their pellets.
