Filled the incy with a dozen Jap & Barbu eggs last week today I noticed a nasty whiff when I opened this morning to turn. Tracked it to one egg so have removed the offender, given incy a wipe with egg disinfectant (both bits). The eggs were washed with the egg wash at the start and on candling are developing.
