Cinnamon Posted June 7, 2013 Share Posted June 7, 2013 We are thinking of getting a solar charger for our phones & Kindles, mostly for use when we go to Greece later this year. We both us our phones a lot & I am keen not to take my camera with me this year & just to use my phones excellent camera instead, but it does drain the battery. Willow Posted June 7, 2013 Share Posted June 7, 2013 We were given one a few years ago and tbh it never really worked that well. Technology is likely to have improved since then but if you do buy one try it out several times to check it will charge well enough before you leave your chargers at home.
