vibration plate......

Anyone have one of these at home? I've used them at the gym, and there's a place near me that you can pay monthly for daily visits but at £35 I think It's quite expensive.....

I would suggest you find somewhere to try the machine you are thinking of buying first. My boys and I like rowing m/c's and I decided to buy one for home. We went and tried a cheap one I'd seen advertised and nearly bought over the internet without trying and we all hated it. Ended up buying the (rather more expensive :roll: ) brand they had in the work gym I used to use because I realised none of us would use the cheap m/c
