quickcluck
Anyone have one of these at home? I've used them at the gym, and there's a place near me that you can pay monthly for daily visits but at £35 I think It's quite expensive..... I am looking at this one.. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1000W-Crazy-Fit-Vibration-Massage-Power-Plate-with-MP3-Connection-Speaker-Pink-/120777630289?pt=UK_SportsLeisure_ExerciseFitness_Treadmills_JN&hash=item1c1ee86251 Any ideas??? Willow
I would suggest you find somewhere to try the machine you are thinking of buying first. My boys and I like rowing m/c's and I decided to buy one for home. We went and tried a cheap one I'd seen advertised and nearly bought over the internet without trying and we all hated it. Ended up buying the (rather more expensive ) brand they had in the work gym I used to use because I realised none of us would use the cheap m/c
