Just had a 10 min on line chat with Daniel from virgin media who assured me that the programmes are on the system and then he tried to sell me a new box set! After a bit of detective work on the Virgin site, I managed to find out that some areas don't have some BBC catch up programmes available until tomorrow as there is a problem with the system!
