Solitary chicken - need advice

Hi I have 3 cream leg bar hens, they are 28 weeks old and have never had any problems until last week, Katie who was the biggest seemed very lethargic so I watched her more closely and found that she was mostly pretending to eat, she has lost a lot of weight in a short time, and has a messy bottom with light green liquid poo,I have given her a warm bath for the last 4 days along with her favourite foods which she has had small amounts of and also been giving her sugar water for a bit of energy but she stopped eating anything for 24 hours so I took her to the vet and she has water soluble antibiotics now. I kept her indoors all afternoon with me within 10 mints of giving her the first dose of antibiotics all she wanted to do was eat the cat food, is this ok and should I encourage her if this is the only food she will eat,

Try giving her her usual pellets/mash mixed into a mush with water. It often encourages them to eat.

Or I use mash with tuna mixed in.I buy some of the supermarkets basic range to have in for poorly chicks,it's very flaky with lots of oil and them love it.

I have had a chicken and a bantam go this way in the last 4 months, one day they were fine and the next there was that green watery poo in the house and shortly after they died. Does anyone know what causes this?
