I've suddenly started receiving emails from Maximiles - I've never heard of them and have no idea how I've suddenly become signed up . I've unsubscribed.

 

How would you get signed up to something like this without knowing it?

By not ticking or unticking a box when applying or signing up for something else on the internet?

 

I've recently had a flurry of calls to my mobile phone from debt collectors (I don't answer the calls but google the number when they have hung up). Annoyingly, I have no debts, not even a mortgage, and have never been in debt. However, I recently signed up to do surveys online, and have since unsubscribed as I don't have time. The naughty company appear to have sold my details
