daxigirl
My query is do you clean your incubator eggs or not? Just won some and one batch have arrived lovely and clean and the others are a bit grubby. I'm never sure whether I should or not.
miller30
How grubby are we talking ive seen some people sent eggs caked in poop I never clean mine as you risk bacteria getting in if their not to bad could you try and brush them off with kitchen roll if not put all the grubby ones at the same end and pray leanne

Redwing
Probably a bit late now but if you clean them in future don't scrub at marks Mix up a mug of warm water and a drop of egg or incubator cleanser. Dip the egg and hold it in the water for a few seconds, then use a cheap sponge scourer to wipe over the egg gently. All dirt and marks will simply wipe off If there are only a few spots of dirt then a fine sandpaper can be used If you scrub at marks you will only end up with bacteria in the egg Unless they are really bad I don't clean mine
