GenBond Posted January 25, 2014 Share Posted January 25, 2014 Hi 2 of my three hybrids ( they are just under 2 years old):have moulted in the past months, and particularly when my Sussex star was moulting I found white specs, a bit like husks that I assumed were tiny bits of the feather shaft from her moulting. Didn't think anything of it, but now she seems to be over her moult ( but not laying) and I have seen the white bits again. Is it what I think it is, or could it be something else?
