Hello I'm new to this forum and we have out up an omlet WIR to go with our cube. Can anyone out there give me a bit of advice on how the cube fits onto the WIR? The cube is wider than the metre lengths of WIR so how does it fit onto the run, we have it over lapping both in width and height where it joins they join is this correct? As it does not look very good. Hope this makes sense?

I don't have an Omlet run for my cube but I think the WIR is designed to clip onto the run that comes with the cube. Hopefully someone who has experience will be along soon.

If you have a look at the images in the Omlet shop you will see what I mean.

We've got an Omlet WIR and there are different connector panels/kits dependoing on whether you're attaching a Classic, a Go or a Cube and whether you're doing linking it directly to the WIR or to the end of an Omlet run. We initially bought our WIR with the right kit to connect to the basic 2m run but when we moved house and had less space we gave up the run and bought a different 'bendy panel bit' from Omlet to attach the Classic direct to the outside of the WIR. Best thing to do is do is what we did and just give Omlet a ring and explain what you've set up you've got and ask them to tell you which connector you need. although there are only small variations - and to be honest each is a bit pricy for a small shaped piece of panelling - at least you know you'll have a secure set up and it will all look neat and tidy rather than trying to adapt something or create your own with wire mesh or similar.
