mollyripkim Posted May 2, 2014 Share Posted May 2, 2014 I have a listing on ebay for a large item that clearly states cash on collection only due to the size. Someone bid and then emailed me to say she didn't want to get a courier so could I retract the bid or just hope someone bid higher than her. I advised that she contact Ebay to retract the bid herself which she has done but told Ebay it was because I changed the listing. I have spoken to Ebay who are unable to remove the comments despite the fact that they can clearly see that the listing hasn't been altered. I am mad on two counts, firstly read the listing and secondly at least be honest when you retract the bid. Sorry, moan over, going to potter with the girls to calm me down.
