liz.dudley
Well Henrietta was joined by two light Sussex bantams on Saturday. She's definitely being the boss, but the introductions didn't go too badly. Issue we seem to have though is she goes to bed first, and then the other two are reluctant to go into the to join her. So for the last two nights I've had to catch the two Sussex individually and pop them in through the side door. Was quite a farce tonight, and in the end I took Henrietta out at which point the last Sussex went in of her own accord. Any ideas and advice welcome for this newbie please! mullethunter
You may have to put the new girls in for a few nights, but after they've got used to the Eglu being where they sleep I'd just leave them to get on with it. If they're anything like my lot they'll wait until they think Henrietta's settled down and then sneak quietly in themselves. Congratulations on the new girls. They're on my wish list Make sure you post us some pictures
liz.dudley
Much less stressful tonight, noticed Henrietta had gone in and that Leia was trying to go in too, but being pushed out. so went and picked out Henrietta (sneaky excuse for a cuddle) at which point Leia felt happy to go in followed slowly by Snowy so then popped Henrietta back in, a few squawks later all was quiet in the
