Pro - Does anyone else's nest boxes get soaked in rain?

Sick Pob as she is temporarily known, is trying to bond.

 

I went out to shut up the coop and run and Blue Pob was outside. As soon as Sick Pob heard me, she came racing out of the house and got a small telling off from Blue Pob. As I poo picked the run she got up onto the coop and eventually onto my back as I was bent over. She then got onto my shoulder and played with my hair. I got her off a few times and held her next to me. She didn't have a very full crop.

 

Anyhow, 20 minutes she stayed on my shoulder, chattering away all the time. Nice quality time whilst the others were in the coop.

 

Her tail was a little low this evening. I will add some garlic to their water tomorrow.

That sounds lovely. I love the idea of her playing with your hair and chattering away to you.

Aaww - you gotta friend! Nice to know she's confident enough now to come and get a little "me" time with you

 

My Daisy used to pull my hair (very gently) and would sulk if I pushed it out of the way so she couldn't get it. Had to leave it where she could have a tug or two, or her day was quite ruined
