Chicken bald back

Hi,

 

I am very very new to hen keeping and have just re homed some girls today. I put them in the eglu Classic and opened the door, but they have not ventured out into the run. I know it's been stressful for them but I am worried because glug and grub are out there and so they've not drunk anything.

 

Should I leave them or gently shoo them out? Please help!

I would definitely push them out. Shut the pop hole for a little while and then open in just before dusk

Thank you I let them out and they pecked happily for a few hours. They ate some grit and feed, but I didn't see them drink from glug so will monitor that in the morning. They are tucked up in bed now
