Does anyone know where I can get some Wyandottes? I live in Cheshire, so am looking for a supplier within reasonable driving distance.

I don't know if you've read any posts on Practical Poultry's forum, but there is a feeling that poultry from the Domestic Fowl Trust isn't a good idea... they don't seem to be looked after very well.

 

Also, I went there a while ago and there were quite a few hens with scaly leg/ generally not looking great.

 

It might be an idea to take a look at the forum if you're considering buying from there.
