Just wanted to put this on in case anyone else ever wants to know. I've just very successfully connected a Cube with standard run to a lo-rise WIR. I think it might be quite an old Cube though because the door panel (which is where it's attached to the WIR) came in two parts, so I've left the bottom part off altogether and run clip / cable tied the top / end bit to the WIR :D
