Glitter craft kit

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone!

I am totally exhausted after a day out shopping with mum in Shrewsbury.

My favourite bits of the day were Lakeland Plastics - bought a chocolate eclair bakiing tin & I also loved the QVC shop ( yes the same as the shopping channel on tv). It's in one of the centres on the bottom floor and it has loads of craft stuff. Kits by Dawn Bibby, Rubber Stamps, decoupage, Disney card kits, s"Ooops, word censored!"booking kits etc etc. Anyway near the till I noticed a basket with little boxes in. I picked one up and bought it for £6.99.

It's a lace & glitter card kit & it's excellent. It's basically sticky backed card, which you peel the cover off, lay the lace on, sprinkle glitter & peel off the lace. Very effective on cards! Just looks like glittery lace! I have glitter everywhere now! All over my hands, my face, even in the garden! Ever heard of glitter flowers????

ANyway, it's worth a look in the QVC shop at Shrewsbury. There is also one at Birchwood shopping centre @ Birchwood. But Shrewsbury is much better!

Yes, I love Shewsbury - we once went on a ghost walk there one evning. Very eye opening! I wouldn't want to get locked in WHSmiths at night!

Erm - Vinegar Hill? Where abouts is that? We did go in loads of shops down the back roads. We avoided the Parade this time, as last time we thought what a load of rubbish it was. Most shops closed and half of the units were empty.

There was one nice shop we went in down near lakeland. A nice gift shop inside a crooked Tudor style house.
